I really have no clue why Daniel V. won. I understand in fashion there are times when people just tell you "you don't get it and that's why it's great". Well I got this one. Between suicide bomber, tour de france bike shirt with shiny black potato sack, and hobo chic with the ubiquitous skinny pant, it was awful. I mean AWFUL. His red carpet dress? Fine it was cute. But not $100,000 cute.
Uli was robbed from being in the top half for some reason. Sweet P's crap was way overhyped. I actually thought Chris' stuff was the most interesting.
I also thought Korto's line was fine, but more of the same. Her restaurant dress was quite cool though. I guess between those two I would have picked her, but neither deserved to win.
